Jessica is a dedicated wife and proud mother of two, Zimri and Elias. As the Co-founder alongside Jac Kalaher, witnessing the tremendous growth of this group has brought her immense joy. For years, the desire to initiate something of this nature had lingered in her heart, and now, it's finally happening!
A Jacksonville native, Jessica brings 12 years of experience as a Realtor, currently affiliated with Ponte Vedra Club Realty. She handles transactions ranging from $200k to $2.5 million and extends an exclusive Preferred Membership initiation fee to purchasing buyers when listing or buying with her. Recognizing the weight of trust placed in her during significant transactions, Jessica approaches each client's journey with utmost dedication. Armed with extensive knowledge of the local market, she has guided numerous families in finding their dream homes and is confident in her ability to do the same for you. In her commitment to clients, Jessica not only provides the best but also advocates fiercely on their behalf.
Beyond the real estate realm, she holds a passion for all things related to health and holistic well-being. An accomplished artist specializing in watercolor, Jessica proudly wears the titles of a devoted spouse and parent to her two children, considering it her favorite role. Above all, she identifies as a God-Fearing Child of the Most High.

When fear whispers lies, be the truth that anchors our souls. When exhaustion drains our strength, be the wellspring of our renewal.
Remind us that our value isn't measured in achievements or others' approval but in the unique light You placed within each of us from the beginning. Grant us courage to be gentle with ourselves, the wisdom to rest without guilt, and the faith to believe we are enough exactly as we are. Let us rise each morning knowing how deeply loved, completely seen, and never alone we are. In moments of doubt, help us to remember that we are stronger than we believe, braver than we feel, and more treasured than we can even imagine.

Jac Kalaher is a dynamic marketing strategist, a former military spouse whose husband served 13 years before transitioning to civilian life, and a mother of four boys who helps mission-driven organizations transform their approach to digital marketing. As the founder of The Mission Social and co-founder of St. Johns BFF (Business, Faith & Friendship), Jac has created thriving communities that connect purpose-driven entrepreneurs both online and in-person. Massively obsessed with collaboration over competition and operating from an abundant mindset, Jac's approach to business-building emphasizes connection and mutual support. St. John’s BFF operates as a social club with a unique third-party validation system for small businesses, fostering trust and connection in the local business community. Jac is also the co-founder of the We Rise Conference (Est. April 2025), designed to guide mission-focused leaders in building comprehensive marketing ecosystems that go far beyond social media tactics. With 25+ years of experience across multiple industries, Jac specializes in creating integrated marketing strategies that turn passive audiences into active communities and casual browsers into devoted supporters. Her experience building a business during her husband's 13 years of military service and through the transition to civilian life—all while raising four active boys—has given her unique insights into creating adaptable marketing systems that thrive through major life transitions.
